    tested in 2.21, tried with both stock and modded vehicles, don't work on both.
    FOV stays unchanged after adjustment

    It works when driving a car in first person, but does not work when you are passenger during a main or side mission.

    EDIT: actually for some yes, for others not

    I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but it doesn't work for me, even after reloading the save. I thought that maybe it had something to do with the Immersive First Person mod, but nope. 

    Edit: nevermind, it worked now after reloading an older save

    I have all the requisite mods and no option appears to change FOV in settings/mod settings or CET.

    Just came to say great mod man! 85 for the Vehicle FOV is the sweet spot for me.

    Does this still work? Have the mod installed and I'm able to edit the values but nothing changes in game. 

    Edit: Reloaded my save and it changed.

      Yeah, unfortunately I haven't quite figured out how to change them immediately, but changing and reloading seemed to work.

    works perfect only issue is the bikes but man its refreshing having wide fov in a car now great mod
