First off, thanks for the mod. I am having an issue with no icon appearing in Virtual Atelier. The text for the store is present and I can access the scope variants. With a clean installation of the game I am now performing manual install of mods after running into too many issues with Vortex. When I previously installed the current version with Vortex, the icon for the shop was present. I have attempted installs with both versions with the same results. I have performed a new save after installation to the same result. This is nothing crucial, I can still access the store but I would like to know if I'm doing something wrong, even after reading the comments and update notes.
TLDR: Icon for VA store not present. Store is still accessible and variants are purchasable. Icons for scope variants within store are present.
Having the same issue with no store icon appearing. Not a major issue, seeing as the store itself functions fine. Still, it'd be good to know what the exact cause is. Icon used to display just fine. P.S. This is happening on a clean install of CP77 patch 2.11 - now patched to 2.12.
They sadly change icon locations every few updates and with Virtual Aterlier you need to point to the exact location – in contrast to TweakXL which allows using just the name and finds location by itself – this is why scope icons should work while VA won't. I was AFK for a couple of weeks, but I should release the update in a few days – just to be sure nothing was missed – i.a. because I have some issues with other icons myself, though it's probably because of some other mod. In the meantime you can find the file: Cyberpunk 2077\r6\scripts\CraftAllScopeVariants\AllScopeVariants-atelier-store.redsand then line r"base/gameplay/gui/common/icons/items/item_icons13.inkatlas and just change 13 to 15.
thank you so very much, i realy was bothered by finding color fiting scopes for all my weapons (and i use like 15 of them on a regular rotation because i enjoy them all so much for many diff reasons * ^^ *) that it came down to using white quality scopes if they have the right color, and then stop bother to look for more. so in a ways u are saving my sanity a little bit with this mod * ^^ *
Any way to make the icons appear in the backpack as well as the Virtual store? At the moment you still see the default icons when selecting a scope for the weapon.
Do you mean that the icons are displayed properly in the Virtual store, but not in the backpack? Just to be sure, sorry – have you checked that it regards scopes which have custom icons? (Jue, Kairo SA-1, Handyman, Kanetsugu, and Gaki have default icon only). I'll look into this.
This one provides only the custom scopes and Virtual Atelier store. No crafting recipes or buying from vendors (check the table in KEY:facts). And I thought that some people might just be looking for virtual shops only. I've also noticed that mods tend to release VA stores separately.
