   Thank god! There seems to be another Cyberware causing the same glitch effect like this. This mod disables SOME of them (less of the white lines on the screen) but I still get the glitch effect when enemies see me and everything slows down.

   Thanks. I like the game a lot but I think they went way overboard with these glitch screens they seemed to put on everything. Cheers.
