I can input the code to obtain the corresponding armor, but it cannot be successfully displayed.I am sure I have installed the latest ArchiveXL and TweakXL。Does this MOD require any other prerequisites? Or did I make any operational mistakes?

You can still get it. You just have to search Google for the URL. Even though it's taken down, you can still download it just with a simple Google search: Raiden Arasaka FemV - Replace Visor. I don't mind sharing this simply because Hades never had the legal right to put someone else's design behind a paywall.
In my opinion, taking something someone else designed (in this case, Raiden's metal jaw from Metal Gear Solid is owned by Konami, period), a design that's got a copyright from the original publisher, and then charging money for it is ridiculously stupid. He doesn't own the mod in the first place, so isn't in a position to charge for it. And the moment the right (or wrong) person from Konami is alerted to his Patreon scheme, it'd be shut down real quick.
No one, and I mean no one, has the right to charge money for designs that aren't theirs. Make your own mod design from scratch and charge for that. But the moment he made it look like Raiden's jaw and started calling it the "Raiden" jaw, he lost all claim to it. Doesn't matter how much work he put into it.
We're free to mod as long as we keep it free. But you can't take something that CDPR or Konami designed and owns, and then put a disclaimer on it saying, "Do not copy or distribute my work". It's not your work to put a disclaimer on. And you certainly can't put a price tag on it. You're just asking for trouble.

I like where you're going with this, but the collar and chest seem a little on the big side. There's a mod already (I think a Discord exclusive, maybe?) that has the collar and chest refit, and it's sized down quite a bit. I don't know, maybe it just looks weird because the arms are so small.
Can you give more details where that Discord mod is with different colar/chest? I looked through CP2077 Modding Community Discord but didn't see anything under "Discord-Exclusive" or their "Embassy" channels.
