Ok so I just tinkered some more and I tried both with redmod but the footsteps didn't work. I managed to get them both working by installing the legacy footsteps with the redmod pain and effort voice, which is strange but I'm happy now because they both work :D
I use https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/4395 (safe area only version), it's remove safe and hostile area notifications (but not in the minimap). Optional version no longer works. If you cross the border in South Badlands you will get notified.
Yes unfortunately audio mods usually are not compatible with each other. Exception for the "Mute ..." mods in their redmod version. This is a limitation of the game audio engine...
The best solution would be for each user to compile their own personal mod regrouping all the stuff from audio mods they want to use. But this requires some work.
Hello, I am grateful to your fashion!!! - but I would like to ask you to make a mod to mute breathing during shooting, how unpleasant it is to constantly hear it during shooting, please the authors of this mod, do it, probably I am not the only one who cares about this issue.
For all my "Mute..." mods you can simply download the REDmod version and look into the "info.json" file to get the list of muted events. Then in eventsmetadata.json you can replace their WwiseID by 0.

You can remove any of them to restore the corresponding sounds.

Edit: Doesn't seem compatible, actually. Oh well. Still, it's a good mod to have around.
