To be extra clear this is simply a guide to replicating my character, the download file is a .txt document with the slider values and cross referential screenshots.
Screw that noise, I've now updated the mod with the proper preset file inside so you don't have to mess with sliders if you don't want to! 
(Cyberpunk 2077 > bin > x64 > plugins > cyber_engine_tweaks > mods > AppearanceChangeUnlocker > character-presets)
