PLEASE USE VORTEX MOD MANAGER WHEN DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE MOD! This is not a requirement, but it should make sure that you get the correct files installed and makes the mod easier to manage.
Vortex is unable to deploy the REDmod version, install the old mod version instead if you are having problems. The REDlauncher or the mod manager in WolvenKit can still deploy the REDmod version without issues.
To fix the stretched launcher on female characters, either upgrade your current launcher, or buy a new one at a ripperdoc. You can buy the same version that you had. The bug happens if your character had the launcher cyberware before installing the Cyberarms Patch.
It seems that VTK 3.0 users doesn't need the the VTK version of the textures (in fomod under "Alternatives"). The reason could be that before 3.0 the VTK mod had body and arms separated. Instead of 3 files in 2.0 (body, left arm, right arm) the 3.0 have only a file for the body where the arms are included. I tried it a few minutes ago and it works with gorilla arms and mantis blades. I've not tested the monowire because I never use it. So if you have VTK 3.0 und the VTK textures active, uninstall and reinstall the mod und use the "Default" textures option. And yes, I use Vortex and it works without problems.
Yeah its broken as of right now. Tried using this with a custom mantis blade that i know works and it reverted back to my normal arm. I then tried with a basic monowire and still does the same thing so i know its not just the mantis blade mod i was using
I had the same issues... turns out there's a page in the fomod where you can scroll down and choose the arm cyberware arm you want used before the individual cyberware sections/pages. I want to say its like the second or third fomod page, but I missed the fact you can scroll down and see options for every cyberware and arm. So like for me using the monowire, in the "monowire" section/page I had it set to use a specific Arasaka arm there, but because I didn't change it in the first section where you can scroll down in the fomod to see more options, it was set as the default preset arm. Set both sections to the arm you want and it works perfectly in 2.3 now.
Cam you explain this for someone not as adept to modding plz. Where do i find a fo mod ? Are we not spoused to use vortex for this no more ? Im picking a setup and it just will not work.
its just a recolor of the maxtac blades so it shouldnt matter as they are in game already. so i just manually extract what i need into my mods foler? i only run 1 cyber arm and 1 human arm so what option should i choose for the human arm and what should i set for the cyber arm to keep it as a cyber arm when i equip these?
I used the mod for a long time without any problems. In 2025, I did a completely fresh install of Cyberpunk. I can no longer install skins for the Zetatech arms on my male V, based on Gymfindbody. They always appear oily black, even when I'm very careful to use the right skin for the right arm. All requirements are also installed.
