I haven't tested it yet, but looks like it might be just easy as editing some text file and change the values to make it more realistic for your tastes. I'll have to check this, anyway.

Then hit Edit, Replace, "Epic" with "Legendary" and replace all.
Save the file and make sure it's properly installed in the game folder.
Should work.
EDIT: Actually the atelier tab on the computers in game didn't show the option for this mod. Idk why.
