amazing mod ! love it ! however, I see you've answered to someone by saying they got mod slots like the default katana which is not true, those can't have any mod slots cause you have used the basic iconic weapon blueprint, if you want them to have mod slots you should change the blueprint to that of the cutomatic xmod2 (which takes about 2 minutes to do) I've done that and they now have 2 mod slots you could make your own blueprint if you want them to have only one slot, but it's a bit more work
anyway, great work on the visual appearance of those katanas, they look fantastic !
blueprints are the game's way of handling mod slots and iconic effects slots for weapons (as well as a bunch of other stuff but anyway) if you don't know much about weapon modding I suggest you do not try to change that, cause you might just break the mod entirely I've put it there for the creator of this mod to see, cause he should know how to do it and if you know what you are doing it's very fast to change plus, it is his mod, I've tinkered with it for my own use, but it is his choice if he changes it for everyone or not
if you really want to change it, you gonna have to learn how to mod weapons a bit, and how to tinker with those files using the appropriate tools
Seems like the 2.12 did cause a number either on this mod or in general, i cant update them past Legendary anymore(were able to earlier) could you add codes for spawning them at Legendary ++? all my requirements are up to speed but some of them havent been update for some time, other mods are having similar issues. Regards PS: Even as a regular Legendary, this is still a "cut" above the rest when it comes to katanas :)
Solved it with using Mod Unlock Weapon Upgrade together with its 2.12 Fix, now it can be upgraded again, might be something with Redscript that is causing a issue, but using this combo i can upgrade this one(and others) to Legendary ++, Kudos for the hard work!
Hello Thx for the comment. I still haven't had the time to Play PL and see all the other changes that it got with it. I've been busy a lot and the spare moment i had i worked on MLSB. When i have a little free time i will look into it.

My blades don't reflect light like one of the images I'm seeing, is this intended? If anything it looks darker in the sunlight rather than bright, almost like it's negative inverted

The dark parts are something reflected from another angle. The Crystal blade one have a material has an high IOR value to get multiplication and reflections. Only the crystal one look clear as a crystal, the other one are made of refracting glass with colors.
The one you see in the pictures are the Edgerunner one and the Arasaka with crystal blade if you see them worst then mine, maybe you have a worst GPU than mine, or something not enabled or some reshade interfering with it. My GPU here is soo cheap that it embarass itself. I can barely run CP with the lowest specs.
In CP not all the ambient light affect all the objects, so in some cases they will not highlight the blades
My textures look perfect except all the blades come out as a grey holographic. Anyone else had this issue before, are they all supposed to look that way?
It depends on the condition of the lights, it's the render engine that changes the transparency and color of them. (Alphablend) You will see clearly parrying. In a lot of cases they feel darker, but i have tested a lot of parameters and the only combination that display the blade without being nearly invisibile are these one

It multiply the work with splitting every model, assigning 1 material at the time and create an archive. It means multiplying archives per blade colors per models of all the katanas of the game.
This mod is the TTRPG Katana we missed to see in-game and that's it
I guess now that I think about it more, I was more thinking of the other hilts styles (like Byakko and Errata), thinking that those hilts would be really cool to have here with the awesome blades. Regardless they truly are amazing and thank you again for the hard work to include more things from the TTRPG into the game.
