If installing via vortex, make sure to use hardlink deployment. Before asking for help, remove all previous installations of CET and manually install the most recent version. Vortex screws up, a lot.
Note: We will only provide support for legitimate updated copies of the game and CET. If you're using an older version, you're on your own.
have you tried to set shortcut? When you install for the first time ( only manual not vortex it's very simple ) the game start and during the credits it opens by itself and asks you to set the shortcut?
1) Each CET version works with a single game version ONLY. If you update your game, you must update your CET to the matching version. If there is no new CET version for a new game released yet, DO NOT update your game and wait for the CET Team to release a new CET version. If your CET version does not work with your game version, then you're using an incorrect CET version. Check the CET log for more details: "...\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\cyber_engine_tweaks.log"
2) The download section always contains the latest CET version for the latest released and supported game version. If it does not work with your installed game version, then your game is not the latest released and supported game version. DO NOT assume you have the latest game version installed — verify it against available game versions with your game provider.
I beleive since today's update CET currently does not work, Could someone please confirm? (overlay does not show up at all) it did yesturday though before the update.
EDIT: After opening up cyberpunk 2077 through steam, Clicking the cogwheel next to play and turning mods on and THEN starting up the game through steam fixed this issue for me.

versions 1.32.2 appears but CET command never works
Version 1.32.3 never works for me...doesn't appear at all
