love this for my unarmed gorilla build. only thing i need now is some mass/unmoveable/no ragdoll mod, I want cars to crash when they hit me and melee attacks to bounce off
I am so bad with writing descriptions especially changelogs! But I'm gonna try to put some out. But most of my mods are pretty simple mods to have for fun. If I notice an error or someone tells me somethings wrong then I try to fix it.
If you get a chance, do you think it would be possible to do this same thing for savage sling? It is an already powerful ability, but I would like to see some of the extreme power that it could possess however comical. I think it would be a lot of fun.
So I've been testing this mod extensively, both with EGG's infinite jump & fall damage and without. The game will insta kill you if you try quake from too high, even if you have gradual fall damage or no death on falls. EGG's no fall damage instantly became a requirement. After quaking all kinds of vehicles from all kinds of heights and angles, it's safe to say the quake hitbox is weird, and not only that, but not all vehicles are coded to fly. You have to quake just outside the perimeter of the car, not on the car and not even a couple of feet from it. Imagine a man getting out and standing at the door, that's where you're supposed to quake. But like I said, not all vehicles will fly. Some will blow up in one hit. Some will blow up and their carcass will fly away. Some don't even get off the ground but all their passengers die and their windows and body smash. I've found that npc and cop cars are less likely to fly, some not at all. Enemy cars though, they fly exactly like EGG has shown in their videos. TLDR; you gotta quake right next to it. you gotta make sure its an enemy vehicle. if its moving forward, don't quake in front of it (don't quake in opposition to its motion), quake behind it.
Edit: found the sweet spot. just stand next to any vehicle, triple jump using yakuzadeso's triple jump mod and press L1/LB at the peak. boom it'll fly. I'm able to recreate their flying 100% of the time, by standing next to them in the direction of their motion and quaking at the peak of triple jump
I still have yet to do more tweaks to it. The tweaks I have now makes cars go flying but not all the time, you need to hit it at a right spot but sometimes even when you hit it randomly cars go flying like crazy. Im still trying to figure out the best tweaks. I have been swamp with work so I dont have much time to spend on it. This weekend for sure ill have some time.
think you need to do quake from a higher height according to the game mechanics. notice in his video he has a mod that lets him double jump indefinitely. would it be possible to alter the quake damage to be max when at ground level or from lower heights?

Is it possible to modify the quake damage to be max ,even when on ground level, instead of having to come from a very tall height? I want to be able to splatter enemies with quake, but still on the ground lol. if not, all good!
