   I never role female characters...but with this I just may do that for my next play-through. The 90's kid in me never got over women in chokers. DL'ing just to endorse :)

      This might be because you don't have Phantom Liberty, which I didn't put as a requirement thinking it wasn't needed since this is a XL mod, but apparently, it is. My apologies. I'm not sure if I can update with a separate file for people who don't have PL, since this item is "locked" behind the paywall of PL.
