Finishers always use fast animations.

Fast finishers animations when using sandevistan or berserk.

Inverse version of this mod, make all finishers play full animation, except when bosses is not on low health (to not make instant kill, when it should make only some damage). May introduce some bugs, since fast animations is a way to prevent them.
