   How do you edit the weapon for damage.although the mod made it trivial. ijust wanna know how?

      I used additive settings on the weapons via the Save Editor

      ah and PS: it seems that i forgot to mention 1 single thing.....before doing any quest with Officer River Ward be sure to remove the Basmati Rice item from your inventory.....otherwise the last side quest with him will be bugged and it wont let you advance further on!

   how do you mod the stats to be permanent? tried with CET but it goes back to normal when i die

      i used the save editor to permanently edit the stats.
