In case you or someone else still wants to know - 4k complexion and body: all of the main files (for complexions, I picked VTK head) - butter my V: I picked 25% - Kala makeup: one of the winged eyeliner, forgot which but just install them all since there are that many to begin with - VTK is optional, if you want you can install all the main files too, you can choose between them or 4K complexion and body.
