This is a character creation preset file using character preset manager, featuring none other than the famed Yennefer of Vengenberg from the Witcher 3.
You can use it by directly downloading the file and load it at the character creation/appearance change menu if you have "Appearance Change Unlocker - Character Preset Manager" installed

You can use it by directly downloading the file and load it at the character creation/appearance change menu if you have "Appearance Change Unlocker - Character Preset Manager" installed.
If you want her to look exactly like my character in the screenshot, you need to download the optional mods listed under the "requirement" tab as well.
Installation:
Extract and put the downloaded file under "Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceChangeUnlocker\character-presets\female"
