Swaps out the base normal for one that has more detail - less pixelated edges

This Is a custom texture swap for 8ug8bear's netrunner suit.
This will work on the NPC suit and the custom mesh swap.
This archive swaps out the base Normal map for a Higher res one with some edits (it's a mix of the original and t_bugs hires).
You need the custom swap if you want it on your player

Contains an optional Decal Remover for the Player mesh swap
