Lets you edit the random stats on Cyberware by commenting out the stats you you want to keep.

I've provided a TweakXL file with (to my knowledge) all of the Modifier Groups that govern what random stats you get on cyberware, it comes with the stats I want myself commented out, it's very easy to edit yourself in a text editor of your choice, and the stats themselves have clear names. So to reiterate, comment out any stats that you want to be on cyberware with # and try to the keep the lines aligned up. I am also not sure how the game handles having most of the stats removed, if it just substitutes with the stats that aren't removed or if it just gives you less than 3 of the random stats.
There shouldn't be any conflicts with other mods unless they also edit the random stats in some way.
The file will be in Cyberpunk 2077\r6\tweaks\CyberwareRandomStatEdit\ after extraction.
