Street Vendors Update 1.1.0
The new update is out, this is the first major update of the mod that overhauls how the inventory management of vendors works completely remade from scratch the new system allows for creating a list of items that vendors will be able to choose random items from to sell, it also has a bonus pool which allows them to sell less common items or any other kinds of items.
When the inventory is generated the program will select at random items from the pool, the selected items will always be unique from each other and it is limited to selecting a smaller amount of items than the pool size, for example, food vendors have a pool of 20 items but they only select 13 items from the pool, after the items are selected they will be given a random quantity of them that is set depending on the vendor type, the food vendor's quantity threshold is between 3 and 12 per item. the bonus pool works in the same way but is optional and can be disabled if not needed for a vendor type.
The new system allows for creating more unique and immersive inventories that are random between all vendors even if they are the same types, as of now only 3 types of vendors have their own items pool, the food / grilled food vendors, the tech junk vendor, and the kiosk vendors.
When choosing which items would be in a specific pool I took note of what kind of items were mostly surrounding that vendor's location, I also put most drinks in the bonus pool as they give you a higher benefit and I thought it would be more balanced if the vendors sold less of them.
