So if I understand correctly this reddit page this mod is basically just a page showcasing ideas for a future mod and is just here to hype some people. I'm not sure it will works, but I wish you the best. Also consider getting some help, maybe that Megamod Martanz talks about can help since it's apparently the biggest content and game overhaul mod the game has yet ?
