Starting with the Novas,They are realistic in the since most Handguns in mitary past WW2 have 15+ rounds or more,I also found them useful
The scar is limited ammo wise and is basicly a direct upgrade (even more now) over the FY due to how you did things (FY has some perks such as more avaiblity but is worse in most aspects by a default)
shotgun and the sniper both did large damage before, ammo decrease per mag does not make much sense also
Gauss ,I argee it is powerful it is also rare, only avaiblity is the last level where it is kinda needed at times
Minigun,No complains, did have a tad too much recoil even with strength mode to a extent
for all the guns, why remove the Laser sight and the scopes(They don't offer huge benefits to the guns but still work)
You already permantly lose some attachments (Such as the tactical sleep dart launcher, pistol laser sight as examples) to never get it again
cloak nerf feels a tad odd due to speed is better at running due to it even passively giving you a speed buff to all actions
and which recharge value did you use (default suit or the armor mode value?)
I realize this mod hasn't been updated in a while, but I wanted to comment on some of the changes implemented, as they simply don't seem to add to the game. My critique:
1) Why restrict users from installing a laser mod on any gun they wish? You can do this in real life, why not in the game?
2) Same thing with the scopes. As long as the firearm in question has a rail, you can mount any optic you wish to it, however impractical a sniper scope would be on a shotgun. Artificially restricting users in this manner does not add realism.
3) Dual wielding pistols (or not) should be a preference, not something you're forced into giving up.
4) Pistol clip decrease from 20 to 10 is silly. Military issue pistols typically have 15+ round magazines, and can be extended to more. The current standard issue US Army pistol (SIG Sauer P320) holds 21 9mm rounds, for example.
5) Reducing the Gauss rifle clip by ONE round seems incredibly nit picky for a weapon that's already annoying to use (limited ammo, frequent reloads, etc.)
Otherwise very good work. Good catch on silencers being interchangeable for no good reason.
Not bad, I really ended up enjoying the additional difficulty by being imposed on more restrictions on delta difficulty, this is how the original game should have been designed from the beginning, if this was combined with a graphic mod then this would have been the best mod ever to the crysis game. By the way can you please make similar mod to Crysis warhead?
