Advanced Education allows you to educate your character on your own taste. You can gain almost any trait you wish if you pay the teachers and/or if you are willing to do it. The mod contains 34 traits, you can use it once every 5 years and your training/learning will last depending on the category of the trait like this:
Education traits
Cost: 100 gold coins
Education Period: between 4 and 5 years
Gaining skill points along: between 0 and 3
Physical traits
Cost: 0
Education/Training Period: 2 years
Commander traits
Cost: 50 gold coins
Training Period: 3 years
Lifestyle traits
Cost: 0 (Except Reveler who needs between 10 and 20 gold, you'll see why)
Training Period: between 3 and 4 years
Congenital traits
Cost: 100 gold coins
Learning/Training Period: between 3 and 4 years (except beauty traits who has 1 day)
Other traits
Cost: 0
Training Period: between 1 and 2 years
So far this works only for player and it requires you to be an adult 16+, Ironman compatible.

Installation: all you have to do is to put the 2 files provided in the archive into your: C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\mod and then open the file Advanced Education.mod with notepad++ and add your "path" like above and save.
