This is the last update. I fixed the UI, completed half of rivinspire, and updated Cyrodiil a bit.

I haven't the willpower to continue this mod any further.

I've discovered that someone else is remaking my mod, and unlike me is getting full support from the EK2 Dev team, and they've even stated their intentions to use his work in a future version.

**This means that everything I am doing, is for naught.**

What's more disturbing is the fact that the current Alpha build of the Three Banners War mod that was made to compete with mine, uses a ton of my code without any credit. Direct copy pastes, even matching my formatting, grammar, and comments.
I did tell him he can use my code if he wants, I just have to be credited. But that was after he had already stolen most of my work.

The EK2 Dev Team is intentionally doing what they can to snuff me out of the modding community, therefore I have no motivation to keep going. Modding is a fun hobby for me to take my mind away from my troubles, but hateful and judgmental people have ruined one of the few things I thought I could be proud of.

Adds a 3rd bookmark when creating a new game: The alliance war, also known as the Three Banners War
Takes place during ESO's timeline 2E 582

I've added a couple new characters, set up the bookmark based on what was left in the OG mod's code, and built titles, histories, and alliances.

Todo: Polishing, getting all provinces assigned properly to their lieges, ESO events, and unique character portraits for all ESO characters.
