This may sound silly and may be impossible but I would like to know if it is possible to somehow use the better casade shadows from this with the motion blur but nothing else

Is there any settings to stop LODs from popping in as well as increasing shadow draw distance? It's still very jaring to see shadows switch from dynamic to distant field ones and back from like 10 meters away. Most noticable in slums marketplace savepoint if you point your camera to the fence right of the shop where the parfume minigame took place and run towards the camera in a direction of the number guessing game kid.
Pretty sure LOD management is cranked up by a lot, so I'm not sure what else can be done. Try adding r.ForceLOD=0 to the list of commands in the renderer settings. That might help.
As for shadows, this ini already turn up the shadow cascades very high. You can try increasing the number of cascades and the shadow map resolution to see if it helps.
Toca esperar -.......-
I've had random fatal errors during fights, and systematically one when entering the room of the boss of chapter 5.
I then looked at my Engine.ini and noticed typos.
When programming, in most languages, an instruction must be ended with a semi-colon.
I then added a semi-colon at the end of each line of the [/Script/Engine.RendererSettings] section.
I was able to enter the room which triggered the fatal error and I've had no fatal errors since then (I'm in chapter 7 and completed missions lv 4 and 5 in between).
engine.ini does not need semi colons. in fact, here semicolons are actually used for comments. there's a chance you have just commented out every line, and the reason the modifications work now is because you have just disabled every single line LOL. you are just playing without the mod. please do not extrapolate syntax from random programming languages and assume they apply here too.
