Those water pumps are too close to the room walls, giving creatures pain and punishment whenever they attempt to drink from them. This fixes that issue by moving them closer within reach.

How many times have you seen some poor creature attempt to drink from the pond, only to be cruelly bumped back by the invisible wall there? You'd be reluctant to drink after a while, too, if you experienced pain every time you reached for the tap.
There are other solutions to creatures not getting an adequate source of water in their diet, but those pumps are still a tempting target to anyone hanging around the hatchery. To prevent bad lessons, and to keep your norns hydrated, this cob moves the pump (and the one in the Ettin Garden, by the water-wheel) further inwards, so that they can be better reached.
----------
Please note: the pumps are still pretty close to the wall, and you may still occasionally see someone bump the wall just by virtue of being next to it. Particularly if you've got a big crowd of norns, or if you don't have my other mods (Stop Wallbonking! and Friendly Walls) installed. But there was only so far I could move them before it started to look a bit ridiculous.
