As long as you don't modify the number of skins, so you have the default 28 skins on PC, then the regular mod should just work fine. If you're using a mod that expands with two more slots, then you must make sure this mod loads after that mod, so that this mod overrides the outfits.
Do also note that this mod only have the skins unlocked while you're using it, so if you remove it, the skins will be locked again.
Sacrificing 2 Skins for all the other unlocked ones seems perfect to me, advancing in the game and unlocking the skins in a normal way is not a problem, it is for those who have a favorite Skin, or a Mod that is used with some other advanced one like "Coco Warped Biker" (by the way, they removed that Skin from Nexus), Tnks
This mod should not cause any issues with any existing mods that does not modify the number of skins available. If you use this with any mod replacing a skin with another, it should work just fine.
But it does not work with the mod adding the two extra skins, as you noted and posted there, which also includes my own Pon Pon-mod that also adds the two extra skins. So I decided to add an alternative file instead, which is meant to be used with the 30 skins instead, called "plus2". It should hopefully work fine.
