Do no use this with the latest patches in 2025. It will literally throttle your game's performance from (e.g. in my case, maximum FPS I can get) 90 FPS down to 27~30 ish for no apparent reason, while standing still. Again, do not use this, it is outdated.
Also experiencing the same gradual FPS drop, oddly, hit ESC bringing up menu and then again to go back to game and FPS is restored while again gradually dropping to the teens, GPU mhz slowing to idle speeds. Weird stuff!
Wont be a solution till the mod author makes a fix to make the mod compatible & I think its safe to say they won't be coming back any time soon with an updated version sadly so its either one or the other.
Something seems off with this mod. The log file grows to 4Mb in 10 minutes of play. It seems to be reading the javascript and css files repeately, but hey all of the BEST mods implement a javascript engine 🙄
Any chance author comeback and fixing/improve the mod? I really like clean/minimal HUD, specially after play Metro Exodus and Dead Space Remake, now I'm just started to play Control and would like to have it too. :(
Just gonna say that the problem is that the wattage of the GPU drops gradually, thats what is taking the FPS away. I was so dumbfounded when I saw it. I now know its this mod causing it.
Now that the HDR patch is officially released by Remedy, is there any chance of getting an update to the mod that fixes the memory leak caused by Coherent UI CSS/JS injecting code rerunning endlessly? Pretty please? 🙏
Hello everyone. After installing that mod i have weird gradual FPS drop from 60 down to nothing. When i Alt+Tab it's getting back to normal, but after a few second it starts to deteriorate slowly again. That's very frustrating. I need this only for 0003. Auto Reroll Board Countermeasures mod.
I have a suggestion, which I believe is really useful. The crosshair needs to be visible when you swap weapon. When you do, the crosshair changes too, telling you which form your are using. With this mod you lose this feature since the crosshair is invisble unless in combat or while aiming. But sometimes you want to be certain which weapon mode you are using BEFORE entering combat and it's not very convenient, most of all in dark areas, to look at the gun itself to check. Would it be possible to add a function just like when you aim to active it when switching weapons? If you do, the mod would be perfect!
I added the option to show the crosshair on weapon change, with configurable delay (default: 2s). Code: DynaHUD.js Updated mod archive: release v1.2 / direct file link: DynaHUD.1.2-22-1-2.zip
@registrator2000: thank you for the nice mod(s). I could not find a repo / the source code of DynaHUD & UIFramework, otherwise I would have forked from it, but I assume a modification of just DynaHUD.js is fine (w/o licence...). Please let me know otherwise!
Love the mod, i have been using it to disable the white outlines around objects popping up all the time and it adds so much to the game. I clean installed win11, and reinstalled your control plugin loader and dynamod. I’ve set the opacity values of the interaction marker to both 0 and 0.0 but they still show up ingame. Both the plugin file and dynahud file are in the correct folder along the .exe files. I might be missing something or could it be because of win 11?
Hey there, it's my other mod that disables the white outlines, not this one! It's the "No Launch and Slam Highlights" file under the Tweakables mod page.
Apologies, i found out it was a seperate mod of yours indeed. It works perfectly fine, however the Dynahud doesn’t work for me atm: i checked the log (after making sure everything else was properly installed and placed) & i get this. “Failed to load plugin. Err code: 0x45A. Loading plugin: UIFramework.dll”. The line above it states the NoHighlight.dll loads. Both Dynahud UI files are present in the right folder.
