Makes cutscenes fullscreen for 768p/1080p resolution.

DESCRIPTION
When using widescreen resolutions in RA2 (the base game), the game doesn't scale menus and cutscenes, and you have to watch them as if you're peeping through a door keyhole. This mod contains modified movie files which have been extracted, transcoded to higher resolution, and repacked again. The movies themselves are still the same 640x480, 15 fps, interlaced -- but stretched to 1440x1080 with minimized quality loss.
It's important to note that with Yuri's Revenge that's not the case, where menus/cutscenes and gameplay correctly have different resolutions. Perhaps ddraw wrapper applies some of it's magic only for the expansion. Can't confirm, as I couldn't get the game to run without the wrapper. :P
INSTALLATION
Simply copy .mix files into base game directory and overwrite the files. I recommend to make a backup of the originals, just in case.
Download optional Yuri's Revenge cutscenes only if they're also played back at smaller resolution.
Make sure to change game's resolution before installing the files, as running at resolution smaller than videos crashes the game.

In case anyone is willing to go through the trouble of trying different resolutions or enhancing/upscaling the videos, here's an article containing all the instructions regarding repacking cutscenes.
