   5800x3d + 7900gre + AFMF2.1 = FPS 120 so good

   I get the same effect and even more personal customization with no performance loss just using Nvidia game filters

   In all the hours I've played I've had exactly (1) issue with high FPS and that's the elevator not working, a simple FPS cap (done even while game is open) to use elevator then disable the cap works just fine. 
   
   60 FPS feels terrible, especially in a game like this where being precise is necessary.

      If you've got the hardware for it, you may simply edit or delete the FPS limit command in the bottom most line of the engine.ini file:
      t.MaxFPS=60

   rtx filters make it look exactly like this change but almost no performance impact, but thats a UE 4 title for you in a nutshell.
