Hello, first off thanks for the work on the mod. The hair does actually look really good in-game. Unfortunately, this mod is breaking parts of the game for me. After installing this, I had the following issues:
- A stutter in the frames when dashing in the overworld - Pressing Space in the Home Base causes me to jump a small height (not too much of issue, except there's no actual jump in game) - I can no longer interact with the Jukebox or the Radio in the Home Base (which I mistakenly attributed to the New Songs for Jukebox mod) - During Customization, adjusting the view and placement of accessories seemed to break something major, which made my character move in slow motion after exiting the menu.
I confirmed I am having this issue when ONLY this mod is installed, and I have tried all 3 versions of the mod (separately) to make sure. Very weird issue, but again the hair actually looks great. Thanks again.
Its very likely because the time master/hover mod was accidentally left inside the files. Unfortunately because I don't mod code vein anymore and don't have it installed, it probably won't be fixed.
Annoying as it is, I believe you can still fix some of these issues at startup by pressing P, which should open up an menu allowing you to disable some features. The jukebox is permanently gone as long as the mod is installed, however.
Ah, I see, that makes more sense now. That's understandable though, I'm also not sure if I'm going to update my Stardew Valley mod for 1.6 since I don't play any more atm. That's unfortunate about the Jukebox though, as I use it quite a bit. Still, thanks so much for the reply. I'll probably try out that solution on my next playthrough.
Which version are you trying to install? Did you make sure there is a _P right before the file extension? Depending on the version, you might have conflicting mods.
3 mods? You should only be installing one of the versions. Only the experimental requires going back to base. Once you install one of them, it will replace the long hair as indicated in the description. You just have to change to the long hair in the appearance mirror. Make sure there is a _P at the end of the file name. also your folder should be ~mods
Is it possible to get rid of the shrinking, jumping, camera angle and the color menu functionality from the bb texture colored version? These aren't mentioned anywhere on the page, but while having this mod by pressing buttons like m, n, z, and space for jumping, i can access use the functions, that I don't think are supposed to be part of the mod, and interfere with my keybinds
It seems that this stuff is gone now for some reason? After restarting my PC the hair is still there and all of the extra functions don't work anymore.
Seems to have been accidentally left in. Most likely all of these mods were made under the same Unreal project, and the unrelated files were not removed. It might be possible to fix by repacking the mod .pak with only the needed files, but don't quote me on that.
This was a great idea sadly not one I can use. But I'll leave my suggestion regardless :) Removing those black things in the hair and getting rid of those longer strands of hair in the back, and some adjustments would make this a great long hair option. If it's something you can do, I believe people would want it more (me included) so leaving this suggestion here. Regardless great work :)
Thanks for the suggestion! The black things are there because without it because there will be a gaping hole in the neck. This is issue with pretty much all boss hairs as none of their hairs extend to the lower back.
However, I think I can replace it by combing one of the nearly bald hairstyles with it to cover the lower back.
as for the second, are you referring to these https://imgur.com/a/8BmqFVV.?
I have been thinking of updating this for a bit while. I have recently found out a way to refer to the original material while also giving you full control over the colors and highlights outside of the creator creation mirror without affecting the other companion's hair as it is doing at the moment in the dynamic hair option. Thus, it wouldn't look so shitty as it does now with the custom material that used to be required to change colors outside the mirror.
Of course some people may not want these options as it currently interferes with some mods. Thus, I do plan on making a another version that will be separated from the "dynamic color changer". Making it more like pretty much any other regular mod.

Edit: Oh right, it activates at the home base
