Just to remember, that the requirements are only for the edited .inis, the Reshade itself has no such thing, if you can run the game on good settings, you can use the Reshade. o/

Updated description page. Reshade changed how Vulkan works, so install the OpeGl option on Reshade.

The directions for installing this mod were confusing to me. I rewrote them according to my experience of installing this ReShade preset.

1 - Decompress the file in the mod archive to ~\Steam\steamapps\common\CODE VEIN\CodeVein\Binaries\Win64.
1 - Download the latest version of ReShade from https://reshade.me and run it.
3 - Click the "Select a game or application to manage its ReShade installation" button and select "CodeVein-Win64-Shiping (CodeVein-Win64-Shipping.exe)".
4 - ReShade will ask, "Which rendering API does CodeVein-Win64-Shipping use?" Select OpenGL.
5 - ReShade will ask you to "Select effects to install." All are selected by default; just click OK.
    6 - In ~\Steam\steamapps\common\CODE VEIN\CodeVein\Binaries\Win64, make a copy of "opengl32.dll".
    7 - Rename the copy of opengl32.dll to d3d11.dll.
    8 - Rename the original opengl32.dll to opengl32.dll.bak
    9 - Start Code Vein.
10 - Press the Home key. If this is your first time using ReShade, you can go through its tutorial or skip it.
11 - Click the ReShade preset dropdown just underneath the Home/Settings/Statistics/etc menu bar and select A.K. Reshade 1.5. from the list.
12 - Enjoy this ReShade preset!

Just wanted to play this game again and wanted to use this. No need of replacing files anymore just install reshade as normal and place the preset in the same folder. Great reshade ;)

Not reshade related, but... what mods are you using for your characters? They look amazing!

As far as I can tell, some of your photos have you using blood veils, but only parts of them or something? Haven't seen a mod like that around...

The optional file with the changes in the Scalability file, gave me a solid 7 fps boost (from around 52-54 to 60 almost all the time). I use my own ReShade preset with everything maxed on 1080p. Thank you.

    pc specs: GTX 970 4gb, R7 3700X, 32gb ddr4 ram (3200mhz). The game is installed on a ssd.

Loving the retextures of the mod however I'm wondering if i may have done something wrong, because there is a slight blur around everything except for my character, even when i pull up the in game menu the blur will take it out of focus however any part of the menu, hp bar, or stat block overlaying my character will look perfectly fine... any ideas?

Nvm i got it fixed and working like a charm, somehow... i had it pulling from the base game and your shaders... But anyways it looks beautiful now and glad to see that the partical effects and everything that glows actually looks flashy and is ment to catch your eyes then just blend in
