Hades is almost impossible to use though unless you have a modded character that just bypasses its intended gimmick. Compared to the similar ship in APurpleShipyard, it doesn't get any charge for free, is always stuck at 0 shield, has an additional tile to shoot at (with its 0 shield), and you'll almost never actually play enough shields to do better than that ship's one-free-charge-per-turn.
I'm glad! RE: Hades: There are also a number of bugs associated with payback and strafe that have never been resolved (I don't code, and need to rely on others to do it for me) I hear your point, though. In playtesting, Hades had high potential to get super busted with Dizzy, Books, and Drake if you took her shield cards. So I thought she'd be fine as-is. Perhaps if she generated one shield at turn start, that may help. I want Hades to feel like a glass cannon.
