Very fun! Reversible move is a lot of fun to use, and their other gimmicks combine with it nicely. Stacking time stop indefinitely seems a little too easy with a starter/common that gives 1 or even 2 of it, and is very OP with Nibb's mechanics. I'd suggest changing Wormhole Surfing to set Timestop equal to 1/2 rather than adding 1/2, to make stacking it harder.
The card was actually like that at one point. That card has been a lot of work, trying to make it not too strong, not too weak and not too crowded to smoosh the art. But I think I'll do something like that next patch anyway. Stacking timestop can get silly
Yeah I just had another run where in almost every fight for the second half of the run I activated timestop within the first two turns and kept it on for the entire fight. Between that common card, her relic that gives it every few turns, and Superposition B. It's completely dominating if you build your deck around reversible move, timestop and a few cards that give overdrive.
Oh unrelated, but it looks like you added special dialog when Nibbs pilots the "Squadron" ship from A Purple Shipyard (a line about getting her own ship). So it's probably worth mentioning that reversible move is kinda buggy with that ship. Letting you move any of the ships was no surprise, but it stops working altogether if you get the upgrade that brings in a fourth pilot. That's probably not something you can fix from your end though.

It's probably still strong in thin decks, but thin decks are already super op anyway
