This mod have been created for the base game without the City of Ghosts DLC.
I modified the Unity asset files of this game to disable rain textures.
*** Before installing the mod create a backup of the original assets files ***
To install this mod, extract the contents from the archive, then copy and replace the assets files found in the Cloudpunk_Data folder.
If you are running the game from steam the folder will be located at - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cloudpunk\Cloudpunk_Data.
