"Yes, I can confirm that this works—well done! This is the step: In Fmodel Before exporting the model, go to Settings > Models > Socket Format (ActorX) and select “Don't Export Bone Sockets.”
I just tested this on my own mod, and the animations work perfectly—no crashes—so we’re good to go.
I also reached out to Luzid1ty, and confirmed that this is the same setting used for the Lune Nude mod as well.
So I think that’s it, guys! I’ve updated the mod and will add a simple video guide to. But first, can you please test the updated mod also (download the original version) and confirm that everything is working with no other issues? Thanks!

So any modders looking to avoid the crash don't need to disable rolling animation just do this credit to fakecheng, pLastGhost, and Luzid1ty.
For my mod, I tried using the Don't Export Bone Sockets method, but it didn't work. Maybe it's because I use an ABP for Spring and added bones to the skeleton (the skeleton isn't part of the mod, but adding bones allows me to select them in the ABP and they remain in the model). So, I'm going to use this method.
Seconding this. I understand what the point of this mod is and that it was not intended to be used as a standalone roll disabler but the rolling makes the platforming puzzles in this game so much more annoying and I would love a standalone mod that disabled those animations.

Works perfectly for my mod in progress.
Loved the detailed instructions - could not have been easier to follow.
Well done.
