First off, I greatly appreciate this save file. I missed this weapon as many did and i didnt have to start over. so thank you. I does NOT detract from what im about to say. but i wanted to mention it as it is important.
NOTE: i did want to point out that there is a lot of missed items in every area. i have found 1 - 5 items missing in each of the starting zones up to the end of Act 1. for those using this, go back and search, i have found potion upgrades, pictos, Luminas and chroma, expedition entries and other hidden items, also mimes and white nevrons not completed, as well as side areas for music, etc.
Do you happen to have one for Act 3 as well? I ended up losing all my progress, and I was just past the first cutscene of Act 3… It would really help me out a lot. Thanks in advance! 😄
Hello. Unfortunately, this mod doesn't work for steam users. And the link provided only shows how to transfer from steam to xbox, not the other way around.
your file has 4 folders? what exactly do i need to rename. in my steam save folder there are only one of each. which ones am i supposed to copy over then?
- Disconnect your network - Launch the game - Save - Quit game - Go to save folder location mentioned in the mod description - Sort by date newest to oldest - Find the first folder containing a file over 50kb - Open the extracted file you downloaded - Open the first folder with a file over 50kb in downloaded archive - Copy just that file, not the container file - Paste in the folder you opened in step 7 above - Copy the name of your existing file in that folder and then delete that 1 file - Rename the file you just pasted to the name you just copied - Launch the game, hit continue and verify it loaded the save you just downloaded and then save your game - Enjoy (don’t forget to reconnect your network)
maybe someday someone will actually show how to get this to work, I gave up. Im on game pass and still couldn't get it to work, maybe I'm just too dumb. Corrupted data every time.
I am playing on Gamepass on PC- where do i need to put this save file to use it? the steamcommunity guide you linked only shows how to transfer but not where to put the files if u arent transferring anywhere

The big files are
EXPEDITION_0.savand the small files areSavesContainer.savIt's as simple as that.
- Disconnect your network
- Launch the game
- Save
- Quit game
- Go to save folder location mentioned in the mod description
- Sort by date newest to oldest
- Find the first folder containing a file over 50kb
- Open the extracted file you downloaded
- Open the first folder with a file over 50kb in downloaded archive
- Copy just that file, not the container file
- Paste in the folder you opened in step 7 above
- Copy the name of your existing file in that folder and then delete that 1 file
