There is this effect called inverted (heals damage you instead). And there is a pictos which gives you a 50% damage buff, but makes your inverted. This causes your character to always appear painted black in game.
Nope, I think it's controlled by the material itself, not a texture or anything, which seems right to me, which means I don't think it's possible at the moment, the game doesn't allow you to use custom materials, just makes the game crash, you have to use ones already in the game, so I don't have any idea how you would remove it sadly. The only other way would probably be a blueprint injector, I think, which I have no experience with, or time to learn atm.
Really? From what I remember, it worked fine in my cutscenes, I don't see why it wouldn't work either. Unless it's a pre-rendered cutscene, it should work, if it's a pre-rendered cutscene, obviously not.
I think he's probably talking about the pre-rendered cutscenes that don't hold your cosmetic outfits and hair ? So far the cutscenes that have your cosmetics included, seem to be working fine for me. That was a problem in the initial mod made by someone else.
i tested this and it seems becuz of this mod for some reason in any cutscene thats happening my fps spikes low all the time even as low at 5 fps the cutscenes just become unwatchable the moment i removed the mod and went through same cutscene its fine so weird issue
Haven't had anyone else comment this issue, and I haven't had it myself. It just replaces the default textures with blank ones of the same size, so it shouldn't affect performance at all. It would be very weird if it caused this.
I don't have them unlocked yet, so I have no idea. I didn't see a dirt/blood texture for them, but they may share it with Gustave, so if you could download and check that would be very helpful. If you do, please come back and tell me if it does.

Characters are still covered in blood and grime.
