      download manually and unpack to unpack to %localappdata%\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VII\Mods

    Bad part is, this mod is in conflict with https://www.nexusmods.com/civilizationvii/mods/2?tab=posts.

      i don't use vortex, i install mods manually and they work together
