Thank you for the map! For those who would like to create rivers or lakes on the map using the in-game Developer Menu:
Enable Developer Mode On Steam: Add --developerMode to your launch options (Right click > Properties > General > Launch Options) On Gamepass: Create a shortcut to Citites2.exe and add --developerMode to the end of the "Target" like this "C:\XboxGames\Cities- Skylines II - PC Edition\Content\Cities2.exe" --developerMode
Launch the game either through Steam or your new shortcut. When you load into your save, press the "Home" button on your keyboard to open the menu. IF your keyboard doesn't have a Home key, you can rebind this in the input settings. It's called "Debug Prefab Tool"
Use the search bar to search for "water source"
Place it in your city
Warning - I tried multiple times and couldn't get this to work without the water flooding my city. It seems to produce an infinite amount of water. It takes a long time to fill up, so you might think that there's not enough water or that it's not going to overflow, but it did for me every time. If you find a way to turn off the water source or stop it from overflowing, please let me know.
Can you remove or change/improve the wind direction(s)? *patiently waiting for a whole map update with some major improvements* (maybeee, maybeeeeeee full road coverage to be able to just focus on buliding?) Also, great work, thanks!
There isn't any way to directly change the wind direction/speed in the current editor. You might be able to change it somewhat by using the terrain tools.
As for the roads, I left the other 3/4 of the map empty so people can do whatever they want with it. The prebuilt roads are just there to help give you a quick start. I may release a version with full coverage in the future, but that may be a while.
I am in the process of updating the map to have overhead highways over the main 8-lane roads.

but beside that great map :)
I'm probably going to redo the map once the official editor comes out and will hold off on any updates to the mod until then.
The map crashes if you try to place a landfill close to the power lines or anywhere else. Only happens with the Landfill.

- All tiles unlocked from the start (this can't be changed with the current editor)
but that would work but still beautifully done
