You can use steamapps\workshop\content\1190000 directory for Steam game. For non-steam game extract the mod to Car Mechanic Simulator 2021_Data\StreamingAssets\Cars - make sure the mod is not in another directory. If you open the car mod folder you have to see two ather folders and few files. (Not another folder).
