just a quick thing im not entirely sure why but i havent been able to get it to read properly like for example i know for a fact that i have a middle muffler in my warehouse, so on a story car i had up i hit the button while hovering over the muffler and it tells me i have 0. I'm like ok maybe it needs to have the partition its in up to work so go and do that and try again and nada. so i try and see if the part needs to be removed to find it in the adding parts mode and still nothing. Is there something im doing wrong or is this an actual bug?
I ran into the exact same problem with the new version, but discovered that it's tied to which warehouse you have active at the time.
For example, I use Warehouse 1 for engine parts and Warehouse 2 for non-engine parts. When I highlighted a missing Fuse Box Base B (an engine part) in part mount mode, the mod told me I didn't have any in storage despite me knowing that I had at least one. Turns out I had Warehouse 2 open (non-engine parts) because I was working on the car's suspension before turning to the engine. After switching to Warehouse 1 (engine parts) the mod correctly told me that I had one Fuse Box Base B in storage.
Hope that helps!
EDIT - I renamed my individual warehouses, so I'm not sure if the problem occurs for people who keep the default names (Warehouse 1, Warehouse 2, etc.)
I made a fix for this mod. Since the author is not responding and has listed the permission "You must get permission from me before you are allowed to modify my files to improve it", I will not upload the fix as my own mod. But it's open source so you can get it here: https://github.com/MichaelKim0407/snowe2010-cms2021-mods/releases/tag/bw-fix
This is something I have wanted in the game from day 1.
Could you possibly add the ability to use the shopping list in the warehouse? Having to manually look/search for items all the time is such a waste of time.
That would be awesome. Or maybe even have the option to retrieve the part from the warehouse automatically like the QuickShop mod does with purchasing parts.
I have actually been trying to get this working for several days. It's also going to allow you to view the shopping list while shopping, rather than needing to pop it up and hide it constantly, along with removing the items automatically when you buy them. I will probably release that as a separate mod.
This is a feature that i'm wanted the most. As a junkyard fanatic, I have tons of parts that I need to search individually every time I make a build. I just wish you success on this one...
hmm, doesn't seem to work anymore with current version of the game. the melon loader gives out a lot of exception errors for it - with only this one mod here running.
My game shoulds down the mod after some time... sometimes 2 min .... sometimes 30 min.. but it will shut down... and it has nothing to do with the warehouse...which also have to be on a specific spot.
The mod simply turns off after some time... It works to begin with... but suddenly the interface is gone on the left side... if I restart the game it is back on. But for some reason it always disappear along the way.
By the way.. as long as it works it is an amazing mod.
Checked it's about junkyard or barns. when you leave the garage to go to the junkyard or barns for shopping :-) the MOD won't work at all when you get back the garage. Restart is needed after that .
Nope it sometimes also when you just do a car in the shop.. suddenly it is just gone... but you are right barn and junk yard will very likely trick it too
Is there a way I can make it show up in Expert difficulty? This is an amazing mod that's still working as of this posting. The warehouse is near useless without it. But, the disabled HUD elements on Expert doesn't allow it to display.
Edit: I edited the save file to Normal and it works. Not entirely ideal, but that's fine.

Still not working for me. Is your version broken again with the latest version of the game?
Never mind. Turns out the latest version of MelonLoader was the problem. Need to use 5.7 Open BetaCould you possibly add the ability to use the shopping list in the warehouse? Having to manually look/search for items all the time is such a waste of time.

this is a function that is missing from the game.
However, I have a small problem.
When I leave the garage (for example to the test track) and return, then the stock is no longer displayed.
Only after a restart then the stock is displayed again.
Is there a tip here?
Sorry, my English is unfortunately not too good :-(
Als je naar een andere locatie gaat of zo, is het weg.
The information is just a little help, but if you have always to walk back to the storage it's not a big benefit.
That's how I learned about the warehouse to begin with :)

Do I make myself clear ?? ooohhh gosh..
