Funnily enough, I was just thinking about that recently. I'll see if I can put something together shortly. The docs make the process sound really complicated. In reality, mods that don't have .dll files (.json only) can be done in 10-20 minutes.
Most of that time is just feeding the file to Google Translate.
Mods that have .dlls take a bit longer, but I also have a C# class that can make that process easier.
It is a command line utility that has to be run in a command prompt.
Given the tool is located at C:\work\CardSurvival-Localization and the target mod is located at C:\work\mod\FoodMod. In a command prompt, change to the tool's directory and run the exe with the target mod's path. The app will show "Processing..." as it starts running and "Translation Completed." when done.
cd /d "C:\work\CardSurvival-Localization" CardSurvival-Localization.exe "c:\work\mod\FoodMod" Processing... One or more translation warnings or errors occurred. See c:\work\mod\FoodMod\Localization\SimpEn_Errors.txt Translation Completed.
Make sure the path provided is the root of ModLoader mod. It will have a ModInfo.json file in it. Some of the mods have the actual data starting more than one folder deep.

Thank you for bringing that to my attention.
