This is a save that starts near the beginning of the game with all skills mastered. Extract SaveSlot_00 to the "AppData\Local\CallOfCthulhu\Saved\SaveGames" folder. You may need to start the game at least once for this folder to appear. Honestly, if you're downloading this you must enjoying seeing everything revealed to you in the first playthrough, just like me, so have fun!
