Use Universal Unreal Engine 4 Unlocker. You don't need any mods to unlock the console. Run the program and select the game process in it. Then run the injector. Start playing and then enter the console by pressing ~ and type fov 100 or another value. That's it.
Mod seems broken for me. I'm on a Ryzen 7 5800X3D and RTX 4070 Ti. Using the latest version of TCP - FAI the game doesn't launch unless you use -d3d11 as launch parameters. The game also performs severely worse than without the mod (in many early prison areas the fps just crash below 30 and without the mod it stays stable over 60). Also, when I use DLSS instead of FSR, the game shortly starts before immediately crashing.
Okay I want to say I am happy with this mod. My game was having some nasty stutter with 40fps to 24fps and this mod did me justice. My good sir you dropped this crown, King.
