IF THE PATCH ISNT WORKING FOR YOU MAKE SURE THAT THE OFFLINE BOX IS TICKED ON BLCMM.
This does not restrict you from playing online with others its just the way it was named to make sense for modders way back. Online mode (as far as BLCMM is concerned) is non functioning for a long time now.
A very minor bug i noticed is when completing the Welcome to Concordia Quest you dont get your first Class Mod from Moxxi. Literally nothing to lose sleep over unless its unique like Springs OZ Kit and you are an ocd collector or have fomo like me as you can find class mods down the line just fine.
METHOD FOR 2023 2nd of MAY 2023 1.For the patch.txt file to work you need the Python SDK mod. Here is really easy tutorial on how to install Python SDK, https://bl-sdk.github.io/ 2. Now just have the 2.3 TPS patch text file in steam/steamapps/common/borderlands 2 pre sequel/Binaries 3. Now launch BLCM. Make sure the offline box is ticked at the bottom. Tick boxes to enable the fixes you like. 4. Enable skills for all characters for this test. 5. Now load the game and get to the main menu 6. press the @ key on your keyboard not Tilde like suggested. (try other keys on your keyboard if this wont work for you.) 7. Now in the green box type, exec patch.txt. 8. Repeat step 6 and 7 each time you launch the game.
You should see no text or anything on the in game screen, this means it has worked! To check it has applied pick Jack, look at his laser Surplus skill. It should say that its slam damage is 25%. You are good to go nowso have fun.
Will you ever release a loot pool list or spreadsheet? similiar to what they have in BL2.5 . i would be willing to make a spreadsheet if u have all of the information.
So I've tried to install this, I really need some of the optional s#*! -- like the sepia remover -- I have it offline, I have all the MISC options checked in the Hex Multitool, all of that. Game is set up for mods. I know other mods are working. No matter what though, this won't work. I can't install it through a zip and I can't install it with the text. The options all show up, but even when checked none are running in the game. Can someone tell me what I'm missing here?
And like if this is the case... there's nothing in the read me, nothing on the mod page about the console code... that's kind of important information?
Okay it now says it's running but the sepia remover doesn't work. I have to say... the instructions HAVE to be on the description page WRITTEN OUT. I have audio processing issues at the best of times and I was barely able to follow the video's speaker and had to rely solely on the visuals to figure it out. That's really kinda not good.
ETA it's not just the sepia not working but anything other the optional category. Skills are changed though and moonstones autopick up now. So parts of it ARE working.
do we have to downpatch our TPS to get this thing running I have Python SDK my console and the patch all set up but exec Patch.txt does nothing and there is no badass rank notification
Edit: I have fixed it with basically no input from tutorials or videos anywhere on reddit or the community which is bafflingly stupid that it took this long but I had to save the file as a BL2 (fucking why) patch.blcm file in order to execute it which makes no sense as no one anywhere has ever said to do this for TPS... so thanks I guess?
For some reason Cryo Maliwan Pistols are bugged for me. They spawn with no element and do explosive damage. Patch is working i checked skills in my char tree. The name of the pisol is Aegis.
Yes, it is probably even necessary somehow. I installed the Hex multitool and UCP and i could not activate it with "exec patch.txt". As soon as i installed Phyton SDK on top of that it worked (activating the console during the main menu and typing "exec patch.txt") flawlessly. Edit: I am using the epic games version, it may work different for steam users.
My friend and I are trying to play this, but it seems his world doesn't load fast enough and he just fell through the world and died. Does anyone know why?
