    It is working for enemies, but it seems this disables character HP growth as well.
    My character at level 8 still only has 82 HP, which is the same HP at level 1.
    Is there any way to have this only affect equipment and enemy, but not character HP?

      Yeah no. It's supposed to disable Player HP growth.
