Whenever I try to select my profile.bin it gives me an error that says its unable to load the DLL and that the specific module couldn't be found. I've tried various different methods and nothing seems to work.
Check if the exe you're opening has an accompanying .dll file which comes with the download. This may be getting removed by your anti virus or not being extracted correctly from the archive
Doesn't work for me, when I open the .bin file all I see is a bunch of random looking symbols and no actual words (it had me open it with notepad if that matters) and after opening it the editor is only greyed out anyone got any tips cuz i'm at a loss here?

Edit: Figured it out. I had to open Borderlands 2's profile.bin first, then it worked for TPS.
Like I can open the profile editor but when the files show up, I cannot select the files from TPS.
Edit: well im dumb just found out i was going to the wrong folder
