At that point, why not just give yourself the achievement with the Steam Achievement Editor? I mean, really what's the point of an achievement if you do something like this?
This achievement, as well as the one for using all of Claptrap's VaultHunter.exe modes, cannot be achieved in single-player. How is that fair? And it's funny you mentioned Steam Achievement Editor, because I did use it only once, for the last Portal 2 achievement, where you have to complete the co-op calibration course with a friend, but after doing that 3 times, I gave up. Turns out, you really need to first add the person to your steam friend's list for it to work, which is ridiculous, since matchmaking happens ingame with strangers.
