   As of this comment date, this mod does what's advertised in the IMAGES.
   
   Yes, the author was a bit too jumpy on the gun when he said it disables the whole Cell Shading, but it DOES disable the outlines, just like the images, and it's exactly what I wanted.

   Not only does this not actually disable Cell Shading, it doesn't even get rid of the black outlines! Guess this "mod" needs an update.

   uhhhhhhhhhhhh cel shading is not just black lines.....all you did was remove outlines.

   I love it, looks good, need no re-shades, thumbs up from Borderlands' long time fan.
