WillowTree can't import the .txt files and doesn't recognise the format if you try copying and adding from clipboard (Imported data is invalid). If you try to manually make the items they dont appear in your inventory when you load up the save.
i need help. theres no videos to help walkthrough the process. you lost me on step 3 the only non grayed out thing on willow tree is the locker. i have all the mods brought up in the locker and imported and saved all the changes yet nothing in game idk what to do
update. got it working. the only thing i cant import event tho its in my weapons list is every weapon. so now i start the game with no weapons off the bus?
Hi. Would you share the method to create custom weapons? Do you have any page with a tutorial? Also, I can't modify quality in this weapons for some reason. It work, but only with low damage tier. Thanks anyway 😊
None of the guns stay in my inventory upon loading the save, the only thing that stuck around was the Charm class mod. My game just rejects everything else.
These are awesome! I wonder if you could tell me what tools you used to create them. Was it all hex editing or are there dedicated tools used to create Borderlands UPK mods?
The Borderland's Unreal Engine tools come with the original Borderlands 1 game. I used those to create the UPK, then imported them to the GOTY version using WillowTree.
Hey! Fist of all thanks a lot for this pack. It's a refreshing new take on doing yet another playthrough of a game I've finished many times. Started again using the fake UVHM and your pack and I'm having a blast I love playing builds that relies heavily on the character's skill. The Charm classmod is awesome for Lilith and I was wondering if you could make some in the same spirit for Roland and Mordi while keeping the same basic and manufacturer bonuses ? I'm thinking Deploy / Refire & Barrage skills for Roland ; and Swift Strike / Predator & Bird of Prey for Mordi. These are all available in separate classmods... I don't know how you created these items, so I thought there's no harm in asking you... I'd completely understand if you don't have time for this, of if you switched to modding other games. Thanks again!
Sorry, I am doing other mods these days. If you did not see them, I do indeed have different "best-of" mods for Roland and Modicai, although I am not sure they are the ones you are looking for, skill-wise. Happy to see you enjoyed these!
I have tried playing with the WT editor and always borked my items when i went 3-4 steps too far trying to make my them more powerful, so i can imagine the amount of testing done and the time invested for these items to "compile" properly
Hi, I'm the creator of the Globals Mod on Nexus for Borderlands 1 Enhanced.
I am creating an update that adds a feature to toggle certain loot pools from other mods with a press of a button. Allowing them to drop from enemies without having to use a save editor at all. They would need to download your mod in order for it to work.
This mod is sick and I'd love to have your items compatible with it.
Any updates on this? That's basically the only thing keeping me from using this mod, as using a save editor to give myself strong weapons is unappealing.
